TERMS: A (non refundable) deposit of 1 night is required once the booking is confirmed and the balance is due 1 month before arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: If notification of a cancellation is received by us 30 days (or more) prior to the booking, only the one night deposit is forfeited. If notification of a cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the booking, (ie. once the full amount has been paid) a 50% refund will be issued.
